• $3,700 per week (based on experience) All-inclusive travel package Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a true home care setting , providing skilled, individualized nursing care to patients in their homes across assigned boroughs.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and prior Med/Surg and home health experience. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing a varied daily caseload in a community-based environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Provide direct nursing care to pre

• and post-surgical patients in home settings Administer medications and perform required treatments per physician orders Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and sterile dressing changes Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes or adverse reactions Manage and troubleshoot specialized medical equipment as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for ongoing care and discharge planning Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and post-care instructions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records Follow all infection control standards, safety protocols, and nursing best practices Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience in an acute care or post-acute setting Recent clinical experience within the last 12 months required Prior home care experience is required Strong clinical skills in: Physical assessment Medication administration Wound care and infection control IV therapy Post-operative care Patient and family education Telemetry monitoring Preferred Qualifications Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Education & Certification Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited institution Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required

AHA ACLS
