5 hours/week) Position Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Educator (RN) to support clinical education and staff development within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong acute care experience and a passion for teaching and mentoring nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care standards. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical education, training, and mentorship to nursing staff Develop and deliver evidence-based educational programs Support competency assessments and clinical skill validation Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical practice standards Assist in onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff Promote best practices in patient care across assigned units Serve as a clinical resource for Med/Surg, ED, and ICU teams Required Qualifications Active New York State RN License Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg clinical experience Current AHA BLS Certification Verification of RN license and registration through NYSED Strong clinical foundation in acute care nursing Preferred Experience Minimum 2 years of Nurse Educator experience Background in Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) strongly preferred

Education Required:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program

Preferred:
