This exciting role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities for passionate nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your expertise in microneedling, laser treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures will help clients achieve their skincare goals while enjoying a supportive, energetic workplace. Advanced Laser Treatments:

Safely and independently perform advanced laser therapies utilizing our Fotona laser system (including Fotona 4D, SmoothEye, Scar Treatment ,or TightSculpting]) following established medical protocols.

Clinical Rejuvenation:

Perform high-quality microneedling treatments (and chemical peels/TCA

CROSS/VI

Peel if within scope) customized to client skin types and concerns.

Consultations & Care Plans:

Conduct thorough skin assessments, review medical histories, design comprehensive treatment plans, and provide meticulous pre- and post-care education.

Compliance & Charting:

Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) and charting under the guidance of our Medical Director.

Client Retention:

Build lasting relationships by delivering outstanding results, addressing concerns empathetically, and recommending appropriate home-care regimens.

Requirements Licensure:

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (Required).

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology setting.

Device Mastery:

Proven, verifiable experience operating Fotona laser systems and professional microneedling devices.

Aesthetic Eye:

Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin types (Fitzpatrick scale), and advanced skin rejuvenation methodologies.

Professionalism:

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, fluent in English ([
