RN, Home Health - RN, Newburgh, New York Home Health RN 13 week assignment with the potential to extend

Shift:

Mon-Fri, 8:30a-5p with one weekend per month and 1-2 shifts on call if needed in addition to patient visits. Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA), Oasis experience, and Homecare Homebase experience required Looking for candidates with Case Management, Wound care and IV procedures experience

Goal:

30 pts/week (revisits .9 pts, Evaluations, 1.25 pts, & SOC 2.5 pts) Exact locations for coverage will be thoroughly discussed during interview BLS required ASAP start
