Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The RN Med Surg will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients across various medical conditions, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery. This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of managing complex patient needs, utilizing advanced clinical knowledge, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories to inform individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately, including IV infusions, injections, and wound suturing, adhering strictly to aseptic techniques and hospital protocols. Monitor patients' responses to treatments and interventions, promptly identifying signs of deterioration or complications such as acute pain or infectious disease symptoms. Collaborate with physicians and specialists in managing complex cases involving cardiac catheterization, dialysis, trauma medicine, or ICU-level care. RN01 Requirements Min 2 years of RN Med-Surg experience required
