As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare by providing education to new employees, clinical competency training and evaluation of nursing staff, and implementing education programs for Certified Nursing Assistants. Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide general orientation to all new employees Conduct clinical competency training and evaluation of nursing staff Coordinate guest educators for programs, such as IVs and Respiratory Implement education programs for Certified Nursing Assistants per the education calendar In-service education of all employees as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Enthusiasm and eagerness to teach Clinical competency with basic nursing care Ability to work independently and anticipate educational need Eagerness to learn new skills and participate in our Train the Trainer programs

Requirements/Qualifications:

2-year experience in Long-term care Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse CPR certified
