The position is open to both local and travel nurses, offering flexibility with 8- or 10-hour shifts to best fit your lifestyle.
Schedule/Hours:
Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available
On-call:
one weekday within a two-week span and participation in a weekend call rotation
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current RN license with experience in Operating Room settings Proficiency in orthopedic, Davinci robotic-assisted, neurosurgical, general, and gynecologic procedures Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced situations and work collaboratively with the surgical team
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality perioperative care to patients before, during, and after surgery Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to maintain a safe, sterile environment Monitor patient status and respond swiftly to any changes or emergencies in the OR Adhere strictly to patient safety protocols and documentation standards Remain prepared to take on-call duties as scheduled, supporting high standards of continuity in patient care You'll be working alongside seasoned professionals in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring each surgical procedure runs efficiently and safely.
