End-of-week/weekend coverage required We are hiring New York Licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) for two LTC nursing opportunities at The Homestead at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital in Penn Yan, NY.

• LTC | Responsibilities Oversee nursing unit operations during the assigned shift. Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff. Ensure quality and safe resident care. Teach, guide, and supervise nursing staff. Identify and communicate unit issues to the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Manager. Staff RN
• LTC | Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents.

Assess residents and monitor changes in condition. Communicate changes in resident condition to providers and nursing leadership. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs/LVNs, RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team. Follow facility policies, infection prevention practices, and safety standards. Support continuity and quality of resident care across shifts. Required Qualifications Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nursing BLS certification

• AHA or RQI only Ability to work required end-of-week/weekend coverage Additional Preferred Qualifications BSN preferred Previous RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or nursing leadership experience preferred for the RN Supervisor opening Previous skilled nursing, nursing home, geriatric, or long-term care experience preferred

RN Supervisor:

$55

• 65/hour

Staff RN:

$50
