Health Source Group is currently seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team supporting school districts throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, and surrounding areas. We're currently hiring nurses across Long Island and have opportunities available with 150+ school districts! We're looking for nurses for: Substitute School Nurse (RN) Positions 1:1 Nursing Assignments Field Trip Nursing Coverage Per Diem & Part-Time Opportunities School-Based Nursing Assignments Short-Term & Fill-In Coverage RN Responsibilities Provide care in the school health office Assess and treat student illnesses and injuries Administer medications Manage chronic medical conditions Maintain health documentation Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff Provide one-to-one nursing care for medically fragile students
Qualifications:
Active New York State RN License/Certification Current CPR/BLS Certification Physical completed within the last 12 months Current PPD documentation MMR documentation Must be fingerprinted through the NYC Department of Education or be willing to obtain fingerprints Join our team to make a meaningful difference in students' lives by providing exceptional healthcare services in an educational environment that values safety, compassion, and professional growth!
Pay:
