Job Description

Suffolk Vascular Associates is a high paced, vascular surgical office. We are located in Port Jefferson Station, Hauppauge, and Riverhead. All of our locations have in-office surgical suites. We are searching for a Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team! This individual should be friendly, out going, and able to work in a fast paced setting. Ambulatory surgery experience preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate. RN/LPN Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Administering Conscious Sedation under the direction of the Operating Surgeon (RN Only)
  • Admitting patients for office hours and surgical procedures
  • Monitoring patients in PACU
  • providing discharge instructions and education to patient and family member
  • Updates patient charts and electronic health records (EHR)
Hours and Locations:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm; NO Weekends Must be willing to travel to all three locations Must be BLS and ACLS certified. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
