$1,915/week | $55.51/hr Role Overview Provide direct patient care to Tele Stepdown patients using the nursing process. Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, and maintain safe, quality patient care. The RN will also support care coordination, quality improvement activities, patient education, and charge responsibilities as assigned.
