This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care and support to participants during the trip, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being are maintained at all times. Rustic Trip 6th Grade Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments upon arrival and throughout the overnight trip, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history reviews. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including injections, IV infusions, and wound care such as suturing. Monitor participants for signs of acute pain, infectious diseases, or other health issues, providing immediate intervention when necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Manage emergency situations by implementing critical care procedures, utilizing aseptic techniques, and coordinating with emergency services if required. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to prevent the spread of illness during the trip. Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans for participants with special needs or chronic conditions.
