Job Description

Island Cardiovascular Associates, LLP, a privately owned company with offices in Smithtown and Port Jefferson Station, serving the community for 40 years, is seeking to hire a Full-Time Registered Nurse. At least one year of cardiology experience a must. Job responsibilities are, but not limited to: Triage patient calls. EMR documentation. Holter Monitor reading. PET and SPECT stress testing, including pharmacologic nuclear stress testing. Setting up IVs for stress testing. Reviewing medical records. Entering prescriptions. Ordering supplies. Communicating with clinical staff.

Must have:

RN License

ACLS/BLS

certification Stress Testing experience Interpreting electrocardiograms Position is Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm & at times 9:00am - 5:00pm. Must be willing to work in both locations, Smithtown and Port Jefferson Station. Must agree to a background check.
