" Are you a great RN looking for better benefits? We are seeking a Full Time Head RN candidate for our Rensselaer County-owned Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility, Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm, no weekends . Come work with us at "The Manor" in our 40-bed unit devoted to those with dementia, Alzheimer's and impaired memory. This is a supervisory position where you are responsible for overseeing and ensuring high quality professional service and standards to include: daily rounds to observe conditions and note changes ensure medical treatments are administered properly and documented schedule work assignments to nursing and ancillary staff assist physicians on rounds, including reordering meds, scheduling exams maintain nursing care plan for each resident particpate in patient care conferences and nursing staff mtgs. review and compile appropriate records and reports related tasks as required One location
