Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (New York or compact state eligibility) Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an OR setting BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environments
Responsibilities:
Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures Prepare, assess, and monitor patients before, during, and after operations Coordinate care with the entire surgical team to ensure safety and efficiency Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection prevention policies Document thoroughly and accurately in compliance with legal requirements
