Located directly on the hospital campus, the School of Nursing led by the Dean, School of Nursing & Health Professions is closely integrated with clinical operations and advanced simulation resources. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Dean, School of Nursing & Health Professions must be a registered nurse with an active New York RN license and possess either a DNP or PhD, along with significant academic leadership experience. This leader will oversee strategic planning, accreditation efforts (including familiarity with CCNE, ACEN, and JRCERT), curriculum development, faculty engagement and excellence, financial stewardship, clinical affiliation partnerships, academic outcomes, and student achievement while working alongside supportive nursing leaders, dedicated faculty members, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
