Compensation Range:
$37.12 - $50.11 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE
Functions as a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience. Under the direction of leadership, continues to build competency in the provision of direct patient care. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services. FT, 40 hours, 8-4:30 (M-F) The Registered Nurse (RN) in this specialized role will provide primary coverage for the programs within the Strong Ties Clinic, Adult Partial Hospitalization Program, and virtual support for other programs as assigned. Key responsibilities include processing refill requests, managing prior authorizations, conducting health screens, providing in-basket coverage, administering long-acting injectable medications, performing telephone triage, and other related duties. This position is ideal for a compassionate, team-oriented professional with strong assessment and communication skills. Experience in psychiatric care or outpatient settings is highly preferred.
