Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Nurse license (RN) At least one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing setting BLS certification required (additional certifications preferred) Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and document progress accurately Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
