Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative aesthetic medicine team. Duties Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser skin resurfacing with precision and safety. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and treatment planning tailored to individual needs. Administer injections, including Botox®, dermal fillers, and other injectables, following strict protocols and safety standards. Educate patients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic outcomes to ensure optimal satisfaction. Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals. Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, devices, and industry best practices. Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or relevant advanced practice credentials. Proven experience performing aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser therapies. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and dermatology principles related to cosmetic treatments. Experience working with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Athenahealth for documentation and scheduling. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport effectively. Familiarity with medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) for billing purposes related to aesthetic procedures.
