Key Responsibilities:

Providing direct nursing care in accordance with the resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation Supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants/STNAs Monitoring residents' conditions, promptly recognizing changes, and notifying the physician and appropriate team members Promoting a positive, respectful, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) license or multi-state license Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program or college/university Current CPR certification Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred

Skills and Qualities:

Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements related to long-term care Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound clinical judgment Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, residents, and families Strong organization, time-management, and prioritization skills Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care
