Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. In this energetic role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a rewarding environment where every day makes a difference. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform individualized care plans. Perform specialized procedures such as suturing, catheterization, tube feeding, and ostomy care with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate case management, and follow-up care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times. Provide education on health coaching, medication administration, wound care, pain management strategies, and chronic disease management tailored to each patient's needs. Valid nursing license (RN) in good standing with relevant state or national boards. Hands-on experience performing complex procedures including IV insertion, phlebotomy, lab specimen collection/processing, and sterile processing techniques. Knowledge of infectious disease protocols and infection control standards; experience in hospice & palliative medicine or infectious disease care is a plus. Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations confidently; familiarity with laboratory testing and imaging such as sonography or mammography is advantageous. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends; travel nursing experience is beneficial for certain roles.
Pay:
$40.00 - $70.00 per hour
