What You'll Do Coordinate and ensure timely completion of MDS documentation Oversee utilization of CAAs and development of accurate care plans Schedule and manage completion of RAI assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines Monitor and manage Case Mix results to support appropriate reimbursement Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance What You Bring Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 1+ year of long-term care experience MDS Coordinator experience preferred Strong knowledge of
MDS, RAI
