Every Other Weekend scheduled off Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive patient care to seniors, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs. Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and tube feeding, while ensuring adherence to established protocols. Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed. Maintain and utilize accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies. 12 Hour Shifts-7a-7:30p; 7p-7:30a Day Shift and Night Shift
