We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care within our healthcare facility. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our nursing team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient operations and optimal patient care Monitor and assess the performance of nursing personnel, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans Oversee the implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance with regulations Conduct regular rounds to evaluate patient care delivery and address any issues or concerns promptly Assist in resolving patient care problems and complaints in a timely and effective manner Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare to enhance nursing services Skills Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in various healthcare settings Strong knowledge of Specimen collection processing, Acute pain management, Emergency medicine, Cardiac catheterization, Spinal tap procedures, Long term care, Assisted living facilities Experience working in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers is preferred Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills Current RN license with a BSc in Nursing or equivalent degree
