No waiting rooms, no crowded lobbies, no dragging sick kids out of the house. Founded in Bay Village, MobileMD is a physician-supported, home-based urgent care service built on one idea: the problem isn't the medicine, it's the delivery. We treat non-life-threatening conditions (flu, UTIs, ear infections, rashes, and more) for patients ages 2-64 across Cleveland's West Side suburbs. We're now expanding into Berea/Middleburg Heights. The Role We're looking for licensed Nurse Practitioners to build a team serving the Berea/Middleburg Heights area.

Schedule:

Monday / Wednesday / Friday — 9:00 AM to 2:00

PM Location:

Berea/Middleburg Heights (in-home visits within the area)

Type:

Part-time — we're building a pool of NPs to collectively cover these shifts. You pick the days that work for you.

Compensation:

$80 per visit. Expecting around 3-5 patients per shift ($240-$400 over the 5-hour shift). What You'll Do Perform in-home patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment for non-emergency urgent care conditions Diagnose and manage common illnesses (respiratory, ENT, UTI, skin, minor injuries, etc.) Prescribe medications and administer treatments on-site Document encounters Provide patient education and follow-up guidance Collaborate with remote physician support when needed Deliver the kind of unhurried, human-focused care that made you go into nursing

What We're Looking For Required:

Active Ohio APRN license (FNP-C or equivalent) MSN or DNP from an accredited program Current national certification (AANP or ANCC) Active DEA registration Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable vehicle Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Strongly Preferred:

2+ years in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice Comfort working autonomously in a home setting Strong communication and bedside manner Why Join MobileMD? No waiting-room chaos.
