OhioHealth is seeking a compassionate Staff RN to join our Preoperative/PACU team. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive pre- and post-anesthesia care, including assessments, medication administration, pain management, and patient/family education. You'll collaborate with a skilled, interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced surgical environment and participate in a call rotation. Responsibilities Provide preoperative assessments, education, and preparation for surgical patients Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in PACU, including post-anesthesia monitoring and pain management Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders and protocols Continuously assess, document, and communicate patient status and interventions in the EMRCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition using
