Review and assess prior and current medical history, conditions, and medication usage. Provide patient education regarding their diagnoses and medications. Identify care gaps and recommend follow-up to ensure optimal outcomes. No treatment plan creation or medication prescribing is required.

Desired qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner License valid in the state of Ohio Current CPR certification (BLS) Board Certified by AANP or ANCC At least six months experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred MSN from an accredited nursing program This highly autonomous position provides compensation of $80$90 per evaluation completed, along with a mileage stipend and administrative time, acknowledging the value of your dedication and expertise.
