Mandatory Requirements to Apply Active RN license Minimum of 18 months of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience Labor & Delivery must be the candidate's recent home unit/specialty Strong clinical experience caring for patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care Must meet all applicable credentialing requirements Relevant L&D certifications preferred 2. Roles & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and promptly respond to changes in clinical status. Assist physicians and the clinical team during deliveries and related procedures. Administer medications and treatments while following established L&D protocols and patient safety standards.
