Full Job Description Job Opportunity:
RN
•Surgical ICU Stepdown in Dover, Ohio, for a 13-week temporary contract with a healthcare staffing agency. Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in a surgical ICU stepdown unit. Participates in patient and family education to promote understanding and recovery. Provides leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members. Maintains professional nursing standards within the clinical setting. Requires 2+ years of experience in a Surgical ICU Stepdown; travel healthcare experience preferred. Must hold an Ohio state nursing license, current BLS certification, and have reliable transportation.
Work schedule:
40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, starting August 01, 2025. Competitive monthly compensation of $8,534. Benefits include travel and housing, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and professional development. All compliance requirements, including background checks and drug screening, must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance.
