1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring OH or compact RN licensure and 12 months of specialty experience. Details Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) unit within a hospital setting Day/Night rotating shift schedule (3x12 hours), with shifts subject to change based on operational needs 13-week assignment length Required to work at least every other holiday Requirements Active OH RN license or compact license in hand at time of consideration BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA or American Red Cross) Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in CVICU specialty required One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required (co-worker references not accepted) References must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only Additional Information ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with a passing score required (2 attempts maximum) PBDS assessment waived for this position Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate Background check findings are reviewed by the facility, and candidates with open cases will not be accepted Facility does not accept candidates with any hits on their professional license Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
