Join our team of caring professionals who are making a meaningful difference every day. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team. The RN will provide direct patient care, including symptom management, pain relief, and emotional support for patients and their families. The ideal candidate will be skilled in hospice care, have excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, end-of-life care. The area of coverage for this position is: for Cuyahoga Falls and surrounding area. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients' health status. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding disease processes, treatment options, and end-of-life care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments. Offer emotional support to patients and families during challenging times, fostering a compassionate environment. Requirements:
