Key Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Ohio (RN strongly preferred; experienced LPNs considered) Significant experience in pediatric care, especially with medically complex cases Proficiency with tracheostomy, ventilator care, and g-tube management Current CPR certification and strong understanding of infection control practices Exceptional assessment skills and critical thinking for swift, appropriate intervention Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:
