CommuniCare is seeking an Infection Control & Wound Nurse to lead infection prevention and wound care programs in our skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will assess residents, develop and monitor wound treatment plans, track infection trends, conduct root-cause analyses, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will educate staff on infection control practices, support survey readiness, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and champion evidence-based, resident-centered care in a compassionate, learning-focused environment with growth opportunities.
