JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and executing the assigned duties within our customer service department.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for entering and processing order information. 2. Responsible for maintaining customer relations through telephone communications, quotations, sales orders, and any other communications. 3. Communicates with other internal departments concerning sales orders and customer concerns. Provides feedback and ideas for continued program improvements. 4. Provides feedback and ideas from continued program improvements. 5. Be familiar and compliant with the systems, procedures, and documentation of the Crown Quality System and how it relates to this position and Crown quality objectives. ACCOUNTABILITY

The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years business to business customer service experience required
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environmental preferred
• 2-year relevant degree preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and any business MRP/ERP system is preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position operates in an office environment with standard office equipment and frequently walks the industrial plant floor. Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited too: eye safety glasses and any other PPE. The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by any employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Pay:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
