1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN with utilization review and discharge planning experience for an acute care hospital setting, requiring
EPIC EMR
proficiency. Details Acute care setting serving Med/Surg and ICU units Uses TruBridge - Evident EMR system Day shift schedule of four 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with flexibility for the right candidate Every other weekend preferred, every 4th weekend required Requirements Active OH or compact RN license required BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required 2+ years of utilization review and discharge planning experience required

experience required Previous experience in Critical Access Hospital (CAH) or Community Hospital settings required Additional Information Serves as Case Manager coordinating care across Med/Surg and ICU units
