Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required Job Highlights Provide nursing care in a high-acuity Stepdown / Telemetry unit Care for patients with cardiac, stroke, and complex medical conditions Monitor continuous cardiac telemetry and patient status changes Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products safely Perform patient assessments, neurological checks, and documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown or Telemetry RN experience Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required BLS Certification•American Heart Association ACLS Certification•American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications BSN preferred NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification preferred Previous experience in cardiac or stroke stepdown units preferred Charge RN or Preceptor experience preferred For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
