Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care, assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document changes. Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and controlled medications as ordered. Respond to medical emergencies, provide CPR/first aid, and participate in Code Blue response. Perform nursing procedures including IV therapy, wound care, dialysis, catheterization, suctioning, and tube feeding as assigned. Develop and follow care plans, provide patient education, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff. Maintain accurate clinical records, medication inventories, incident reports, and comply with facility policies.

Required Documents:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) or equivalent. Current, active Ohio RN License . Current CPR certification . Ability to recognize and respond to medical emergencies. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and medication administration skills. About our
