Registered Nurse (RN) Admissions Nurse Day City Hospice |
Dayton, OH Schedule:

What You'll Do As an RN Admissions Nurse , you will play a critical role in helping patients and families begin their hospice journey with confidence and support.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting pre-admission evaluations to determine hospice eligibility and appropriateness of services Educating patients and families about hospice care and available services Facilitating the admission process and obtaining informed consent Performing comprehensive nursing assessments Developing initial plans of care based on patient and family needs Delivering interventions that promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient care What We Offer At Day City Hospice, we value our team members and invest in their success.
