Health Surveillance:

Consistently monitoring vital signs, tracking behavioral changes, and recognizing subtle declines in resident health.

Care Coordination:

Serving as the primary liaison to update family members, pharmacy staff, and attending physicians on resident conditions.

Compliance Recording:

Maintaining precise, legally compliant medical charts and incident reports within the facility's electronic logging system.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 per week
