Registered Nurse (RN)•Home Health•PRN Ohman Family Living is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) for our home health team in Northeast, Ohio. Pay:
$58.50•97.50 per visit, depending on visit type As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and provide skilled nursing care that helps patients recover and manage their health in the comfort of their own homes. Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and disease monitoring Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home safety Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the physician and care team Supervise and delegate care to LPNs and home health aides as appropriate Complete clinical documentation in compliance with home health and Medicare regulations
RN Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio Home health experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and car insurance Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes Must pass a background check
