Job Description

Summary:
DXE Manufacturing Level 1 is an entry level position for the DX Engineering Production Team. This position will build foundational expertise in the skills of assembly, packaging, and basic warehouse processes.
Shift Hours:
Monday - Friday (7:00a to 3:30p)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Production Performance:
Maintain consistent 100% accuracy and production standards.
Technical Work:
Basic Assembly, Packaging, Cutting, Crimping, Testing and Packing Cable Assemblies, Order picking, Putaway, and Processing Outbound.
Behavioral Principles:
Model company values and behavioral standards, contributing to a positive and safe work environment. Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
