Registered Nurse (RN) Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center 405 Grafton Ave, Dayton, OH 45406 Are you an RN looking for a supportive team and a facility that truly values its staff? Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses to join our growing team. Your Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document changes in residents' health status Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, STNAs, and families Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Ensure all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards are followed
Qualifications:
