Details Home Health setting covering Englewood, Union, and West Milton, Ohio Full time schedule, Monday through Friday, day shift (5x8, 8:00-5:00) No weekend or on-call requirements HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required Requirements Valid state PTA license required prior to start; pending licenses not accepted (license required if applicable) Additional Information All time off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
