(RNs) Nina's Home Health Care is seeking skilled, dependable, and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide in-home skilled nursing services throughout the following Ohio counties: Hocking Franklin Licking Fairfield Muskingum Montgomery Allen

CLIENT POPULATIONS

Our nurses provide care to: Medicare clients Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation clients Veterans Affairs clients Private-pay clients

SKILLED NURSING VISITS MAY INCLUDE

Comprehensive nursing assessments Medication management and education Complex wound care Negative-pressure wound therapy and wound VAC management Intravenous antibiotic therapy PICC line and central-line care Home total parenteral nutrition administration and monitoring Injections and infusion therapy Disease-process education Patient and caregiver education Coordination with physicians, pharmacies, infusion providers, and other members of the healthcare team Accurate and timely clinical documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

Current and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse license Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled home health or infusion nursing experience preferred Experience with wound VACs, IV antibiotics, central lines, and home TPN preferred Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance Ability to pass required background checks and screenings Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
