Job Description

Little Miami School Health Center- School Based Nurse Practitioner Mercy Health is seeking an Advance Practice Clinician to join our
School Based Team Location:
Little Miami Health Center- 7247 Zoar Rd, Maineville, OH 45039
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Perform annual physicals, sports physicals, and well-child examinations. Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and infections. Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice. Partner with school based health site representatives to coordinate community engagement and access.
Qualifications:
2-years of APC experience required with direct patient care and oversight within Primary Care Ability to work independently hours 7:30am-4:00pm (hours can vary)
