Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, reporting concerns as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist with developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans Supervise and support CNAs while promoting teamwork and high-quality resident care Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations Positively interact with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers while promoting person-centered care Skills & Qualifications Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative member of the care team Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Why Join JAG Healthcare?
