As a Triage Registered Nurse, you'll respond to patient needs as they arise, guiding care decisions, coordinating services, and facilitating clear communication between patients, families, providers, and care teams throughout the healthcare journey. As a key clinical resource, you'll help ensure every patient receives the right level of care at the right time while supporting continuity, safety, and positive outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is confident in clinical decision-making, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at balancing urgency with compassionate care. You'll assess patient needs, coordinate care plans, provide after-hours clinical leadership, and support field staff to ensure safe, effective care delivery across all service lines. You'll also contribute to staff education and onboarding by sharing clinical expertise and reinforcing best practices. Your ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and lead with confidence will directly impact patient safety, operational excellence, and the experience of the patients and families we serve.

Must live near one of these office locations. These roles work mostly remote but do go out on patient calls from time to time.
Hours Office Hours:
Saturday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Current State License as a Registered Nurse in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio Minimum 2 years experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid automobile insurance coverage Desired Qualifications BSN preferred Essential Skills and Competencies Demonstrates nursing competencies consistent with accepted standards of practice Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage patient care episodes across diverse settings Skilled in assessing and responding to patient, family, and caregiver needs Able to cope with emotional stress, respect individual lifestyles, and manage multiple priorities, documentation requirements, and deadlines How We Care for You Mileage Reimbursement Minimum of 3 Weeks Paid Time Off for Full Time Part Time/Per Diem also accrue Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA and FSA options including Dependent Care Company paid Short Term Disability Company paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Pet Insurance ID and Fraud Protection And more...
