The nurse acts as a resource, preceptor, and contributor to research and community activities. Qualifications include a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification (ACLS within six months for critical areas), and the ability to provide culturally and age-specific care. Preferred qualifications encompass ongoing professional growth, certification, and participation in professional organizations.
