Registered Nurses (RN) PRN

Position Summary:

As a Northcrest RN, you will be responsible for overseeing resident care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Essential Functions:

Oversee and provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team Supervise and support CNAs/STNAs Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote and protect resident rights Follow all facility policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule Requirements:

PRN team members must have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays , based on facility needs.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Ohio Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Long-term care experience preferred
