Ventilator Registered Nurse (RN) Flint Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation | Newark, OH Great Place to Work® Certified Flint Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of ventilator experience to join our specialized respiratory care team. If you're an RN with strong ventilator skills who enjoys providing hands-on care and working as part of a collaborative clinical team, we want to hear from you! RN Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents requiring ventilator and respiratory support Monitor residents for changes in respiratory and overall clinical condition Perform nursing assessments and administer medications and treatments as ordered Provide tracheostomy and ventilator-related care within nursing scope of practice Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies Collaborate closely with Respiratory Therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio Minimum of 1 year of ventilator experience required Tracheostomy and respiratory care experience Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Why Flint Ridge?
